Expert Mentorship and Weekly Plans
Your running Coach will be Daniel Mazzei. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy, where he ran Cross Country and Track and majored in Civil Engineering. In college he ran 3:48 in the 1500, 4:11 in the mile, 8:13 in the 3k, and 14:25 in the 5k.

The plans I offer include a 30 minute appointment each week to discuss your training and goals, a new plan each week based on your performance during the prior, and access to your coach via text with a 24 hour promised response time.
